Known FromMTV The Hills: 10 Amazing Throwback Songs

It's already seven years ago that we said goodbye to Lauren Conrad and her friends. It wasn't only a fun (but cheesy) show to watch, but the series were also known for the soundtrack. The 10 best songs played on MTV The Hills!

#10. Vaughan Penn - Bring On The Day

This song by Vaughan Penn is only briefly played in The Hills, but it still is a big part of the show. Most people will recognize the instrumental parts, because that's what MTV played during the recaps at the beginning of many The Hills episodes.

#9. The Black Eyed Peas - Don't Phunk With My Heart

This song might be a little ironic, because every heart in The Hills got phunked with. But it still is a great throwback, and it makes us wonder why The Black Eyes Peas ever stopped making music together.

#8. Dido - Don't Leave Home

While the show evolved around a few girls, it wasn't strange to hear a lot of female voices on the soundtrack. One that ofcourse couldn't be ignored was Dido, who played a big role in the charts in the 00's.

#7. Sean Kingston - Beautiful Girls

Forgot about the good old Sean Kingston? Yeah, well who didn't? We haven't heard of him in a while, but that doesn't change our love for this banger.

#6. Metro Station - California

Try to sit still while listening to the emo boys of Metro Station! With Trace Cyrus, son of Billy Ray Cyrus and big brother to Miley Cyrus, Metro Station rose to fame in a very short time. We haven't heard of them in a while, but it doesn't matter because nothing will top the songs on the first album!

#5. One Republic - Apologize

Are you getting the sad vibes? This song captured the 'break up' between Heidi and Lauren in season 3. It still hurts, doesn't it?

#4. Ryan Cabrera - On The Way Down

Ryan was not only a part of the series (he became Audrina's boyfriend), but he's also responsible for some of the songs that were played. He later told Radar Online that he in fact did have a relationship with Audrina, but everything you saw on tv was staged. In fact: almost everything you saw on The Hills was fake.

#3. Good Charlotte - I Just Wanna Live

One of the fun things about the music on The Hills is the variety of styles! A lot of the songs were just popmusic but the producers weren't afraid of some rock or punk music.

#2. Timbaland - If We Ever Meet Again ft. Katy Perry

This is one of the songs that marked the end of the series. In fact, it was the first song of the last episode of The Hills. An end of an era, MTV would never be the same again!

#1. Natasha Bedingfield - Unwritten

Ofcourse there's only one official The Hills song. The opening of every new episode, making you feel like everything could happen, every dream could come true and life was one big party.
