In 1992, Quentin Tarantino released his his first full-length feature film ‘Reservoir Dogs’, a classical independent crime thriller. In the opening of the film ‘Mr. Brown’ (played by Tarantino, who also wrote and directed the film) remarks that Madonna’s ‘Like A Virgin’ has got to be “a metaphor for big dicks.”
When Madonna met Tarantino at a party celebrating the release of the film, she handed him an autographed copy of her latest record Erotica. The autograph read: “Quentin: It’s about love, not dick”
